Ownership Structure

S21 MEDIA, as a member of the Broadcast Central community, retains exclusive rights to all assets and content associated with the brand.

These assets are the intellectual property of S21 MEDIA and are strictly limited to authorized use within the Broadcast Central community and its official extensions.

Any use outside these parameters is prohibited without explicit written consent.


The STV-21 logo, currently in use, was designed in collaboration with OBT Media.

It is partially owned by OBT Media and utilized by S21 MEDIA under a formal licensing agreement.

Unauthorized reproduction or use of the logo is strictly forbidden.


S21 MEDIA's protected assets include, but are not limited to:

  • STV-21: The primary television channel and all related content.
  • S21 Radio: Broadcasting true Serbian/Balkan folk
  • S21 Euro: Bring some life in you with us
  • Future Projects: Additional media ventures currently under development.
